A typical contract would involve the appointment of a senior management team comprising usually, a Hospital Director, Finance Manager, Medical Director, Matron (Senior Clinical lead) and Facilities Manager.
The UME back office resource would oversee this team to ensure best practice and client satisfaction, by providing regular, quarterly or bi-annual reviews of clinical, quality, HR and financial performance and access to wider clinical advice through its relationships with major UK teaching hospitals such as Guy’s & St Thomas’, Hammersmith Hospital and the University Hospital Birmingham.
Specialist reviews to develop marketing strategies, introduce new clinical specialties, reduce cost, introduce quality systems and accreditation, improve IT processes can all be arranged through our existing staff, associate consultants and network of contacts.
